This session will explore key developmental skills that have the greatest impact on school success, with a focus on how these skills align with the Kindergarten Readiness Assessment (KRA). Participants will gain insights into which early skills are most predictive of positive KRA outcomes and how to support children in building these foundational abilities before they enter kindergarten. We’ll discuss strategies to strengthen high-impact skills ensuring that all children, including dual-language learners and those with diverse needs, are set up for success. Educators will leave with practical, research-backed strategies to enhance school readiness and bridge the gap between early learning and kindergarten expectations.
